FIND A PROPERTY.  We're looking for properties and if you can help us find one, we will pay you!  At the present time, we are concentrating our purchases in southern Oregon, from Brookings, north to Gold Beach and south to Crescent City, California.  If you know of a distressed property that we are able to purchase through your exclusive referral, we will gladly pay you a finder's fee.  The more information you can provide, the higher the fee.  What kind of properties are we looking for?  Usually, better deals can be made with  "distressed properties".  By this we mean those properties whose owners are no longer able to afford to keep them.  The reasons are many, but a few of the more common reasons are: divorce, illness or death of a spouse, job loss or financial difficulties.

FIND A BUYER.  We are also paying a referral or finder's fee if you can find a buyer for one of our properties. You can earn several thousand dollars and you don't need to have a real estate license!  Take a look at some of our properties and give us a call if you want more information.
