Want to learn how to make money like the banks do?  Think about it.  Where do the banks get their money to lend?  From depositors like you.  They pay you 1.5 - 2% for your savings and CDs.  Then they charge you and others 5 - 6% or more for their bank loans, such as mortgages or Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC).  They make their money on the spread or the difference of 3 - 4%.  But we can show you how to do much better than the banks!  Here are just 2 ways:

1. Do you have cash to loan?  Northwest Properties is paying 8.0 - 12% interest on a typical 12 month interest-only loan, safely secured by real estate with first or second lien-holder positions.  This means your name is on the title as part owner until your loan is paid back in full.

2.  Do you have equity in your home?  If you are "cash-poor but equity-rich" as many are, you can easily get a Home Equity Line of Credit loan from your bank for just about the same rate as home mortgages.  Then you can earn much higher rates by lending the funds to us.  Make your equity to work for you--instead of for your bank!

The funds will be used for acquisitions and/or to cover rehab costs.  If you have $25,000 to $250,000 or more available to invest, give us a call.  All loan documents will be handled by a title company for your security.
